Coaching for Employee Directors

Employees can participate as full members to the Board meetings of a company on the behalf of all staff. This is mandatory since 2014 in France under conditions. The employee director is elected by the employees or appointed by a trade union. To exercise his/her mandate, the employee director relies on his/her experience and know-how but also on an appropriate posture and self-confidence.

In a confidential coaching relationship, Artalia Invent assists the employee director in defining training needs, asserting authority next to other directors, and refining ability to influence through adoption of the right posture. Coaching and training of employee directors, are in charge of the Board.
