Social dialogue is an essential tool enhancing and regulating expression of employees. It takes place within the ERB, Employee Representative Bodies, a major agent of transformation and facilitator of change.

Artalia Invent provides advice to labor relations managers to establish lean and constructive relationships with the mandatory ERB (Employee Representative Bodies) in companies. Such bodies are :

  • Work Council
  • Work Council Central
  • Work Council Country
  • Work Council European
  • Work Council World 

The members of such bodies can be elected by the staff or appointed by a trade union. Regulation limits the exercise of mandates to 3 periods of 4 years. New members need to get trained and advised the sooner to be efficient. Intercultural aspects, especially in the case of European Council or World Council, must be taken into consideration to optimize functioning.
